Owner’s Representative/Construction Manager overseeing award-winning $350 million mixed-use redevelopment project of entire downtown area. New Town Center Development spread over six (6) city blocks and included all supporting road and utility infrastructure improvements. Town Center included Retail and Restaurant Development, 640 Luxury Condominiums, Parking Decks, Public Library, Visual Arts and Entertainment Building, outdoor Town Square complete with interactive fountain, live performance stage, and outdoor skating rink.
